is over, but Blizzard has taken a big step toward release: the official
launch of a closed beta.
With the release of Gears of War 3 this week, the big holiday release
season kicks off in earnest. We're celebrating the only way we know how:
By playing some Gears 3 and forcing you to listen to us talk over the
footage.
Blizzard has provided us a bunch
of screenshots from the update along with some surprising info about the
ends of time and space that this patch will take players to.
Now here's a cool idea. Rather than having a boring, old regular trailer
for the upcoming downloadable game Orcs Must Die, developer Robot
Entertainment put together a fun interactive trailer on YouTube where
viewers get to decide what happens.
We learned last month
that the under-appreciated Wii strategy RPG Little King's Story will be
getting a sequel on the PlayStation Vita. Now the first trailer for
this title has appeared.
