These 26 Games Will Be Available For PlayStation Vita When It Launches In Japan
The image above comes from Sony's Tokyo Game Show press conference. It is a collection of 26 logos for 26 games, all of which will be available when the PlayStation Vita launches in Japan on December 17. Let's take a look:
- @field
- Army Corps of Hell
- BlazBlue Continuum Shift Extend
- Browser Sangokushi Touch Battle
- Dark Quest
- Disgaea 3 Return
- Dream Club Zero Portable
- Dynasty Warriors Next
- F1 2011
- Fish On
- Hot Shots Golf 6
- Katamari Damacy No Vita
- Lord of Apocalypse
- Michael Jackson The Experience
- Minna to Issho
- Monster Radar
- Nico Nico
- Power Smash 4
- Project NOELS (download only)
- Ridge Racer
- Sawari Ma Kuru
- Shin Kamaitachi no Yoru
- Shinobido 2
- Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3
- Uncharted: Golden Abyss
- Yuusha no Kiroku
Naturally, some of these games are likely to be Japan-only releases. Since we don't even have a firm date on when the PlayStation Vita will be out in North America right now, it's a little too early to speculate on which titles will and will not make it for the U.S. launch.
Whatever happens in this territory, though, 26 games is a very solid launch line-up. During its Tokyo Game Show press conference, Sony went on to promise a total of 100 titles within the Vita launch window, although the publisher didn't specify just how big that launch window is. Either way, the Vita is shaping up to have quite a healthy start. Here's hoping it can keep that momentum.
