Who Is That Middle-Aged Man On Ubi Workshop's Concept T-Shirts?

We don't know who this well-groomed man is, what franchise he's attached to, or even if it is game related, but we do know that his limited edition t-shirt will be discontinued on December 6. After that, it vanishes.

Ubi Workshop's product listing is full of teases, and can apparently read our minds. "We know what you're thinking: Another intriguing surprise from Ubi Workshop. Didn't know you guys had a Concept Lab. This design... it's a concept art for...? A comic book? Animated movie? Or live-action? A novel maybe? Anime? I don't know... a boardgame? Again, it's obviously not a video game... And who's that character? Never seen him before... What's that suit? An old time soviet exo-skeleton?"

Yeah... That's exactly what I was thinking. I certainly never thought "this looks like a lame WildCATS character."

Ubi concludes its tease with line: "the best superheroes are the ones you've never heard of."
