The National Endowment for the Arts traditionally supplied monetary aid
to select artistic projects in music, film, dance, education,
literature, etc. A recent expansion of the agency now rolls video game
grants into the philanthropic fold.
According to NPD’s The Online Gaming 2011 report almost half of complete
game downloads are purchased on mobile platforms. A poll by the NPD
