At a recent PAX 2011 panel, some of the key people behind the
upcoming Darkness II game hinted that there could be more Top Cow
properties turning into games in the near future.
At this year’s PAX we had a chance to get our hands on the first 30
minutes of Spider-Man: Edge of Time, and we walked away impressed with
the game’s overall polish and cinematographic flair.
Telltale’s Back to the Future adventure game was a rollercoaster of
nostalgia, but now Telltale is hoping to catch a whole new fanbase by
releasing the episodic series on a single disc for the Wii and
PlayStation 3.
Minnesota Public Radio’s video game centric show, Top Score, is ready to
start its second season. In anticipation, the show is running a contest
for listeners to match video game scores with their corresponding
composers.
Sega has been riding its blue hedgehog for so long, we’ve almost
forgotten about many of its other properties, but Sega claims it never
forgets, and it says we can expect to see several of its old properties
reinvented in the coming years.
