Twitter Says Glitch Exposed Users' Passwords, Recommends Changing Them

News just broke that a glitch exposed a "substantial number" of Twitter users' passwords on Twitter's internal network. According to Reuters, an internal investigation has shown no sign that the passwords have leaked beyond the network but the company is urging users to change their passwords anyway.
