The Cast Of Critical Role Will Be Doing Voices In Pillars Of Eternity II
Matt Mercer, who does a few voices for Obsidian's Pillars of Eternity and will be returning for Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. He will be also joined by the rest of his Critical Role friends.
The announcement was made during a panel at this year's PAX East. For those not in the know, Critical Role is a popular web series in which several prominent voice actors play Dungeons and Dragons. Mercer's Critical Role colleagues have quite the pedigree; among them are Laura Bailey (who's voiced Rise Kujikawa in Persona 4, Chun-Li in several Street Fighter games, and more), Ashley Johnson (Ellie from The Last of Us), and Sam Riegel (Phoenix Wright in the Ace Attorney series, as well as Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3), and more.

Our Take
I'm not familiar with Critical Role myself, but with the talent attached to the series, this seems like a good addition to PoE II.
