PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Hits 1 Million Simultaneous Players
Once again, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has hit another milestone. The Battle Royale-style shooter has hit a new player-count number, with more than 1 million simultaneous players.
A few days back, the game's publisher announced that it had sold 10 million copies. Today's figure further proves that players aren't just adding the game onto their Steam backlogs and calling it a day.
Dota 2 still holds the record, with 1,291,328 in March 2016, but PUBG continues to army crawl ever closer.

Our Take
It's really only a matter of time until PUBG takes the all-time player-count record on Steam, right?
