Titanfall PC Specs Revealed, Origin Required
Respawn's co-founder Vince Zampella tweeted out the specs necessary to play the PC version of Titanfall earlier today.
Min: 64-bit Windows 7, 8, 8.1 AMD Athlon X2 2.8GHz or Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz 4GB RAM 512MB VRAM, Radeon HD 4770 or GeForce 8800GT

Zempella's original tweet actually had a typo in it saying the game needed 512GB VRAM, but he quickly followed up fixing the typo with the tweet you see above.
In a follow-up tweet, Zampella also confirmed that Titanfall will require Origin.
@Klink77 yes it does, we'll miss you :(

A beta for the PC and Xbox One versions of the game are coming soon, and you won't have to pre-order the game to jump in.
Titanfall is coming to Xbox One, PC, and Xbox 360 on March 11. For more on Titanfall, click on the banner below.

Our Take
The specs for the game don't seem excessive. It's also nice that the game will not require Windows 8 – something Microsoft may have been able to request, but thankfully did not.
