Tetris Blitz Re-imagines Classic For Phones & Tablets

Electronic Arts has announced an upcoming freemium Tetris game for iOS and Android devices called Tetris Blitz.

The game is due sometime this spring, and brings power-ups, timed runs, score multipliers, optional new controls, and more to the beloved classic.

It's unclear exactly what the paid component of the game is, although EA says that new power ups will be released every week.
