Comcast Xbox 360 Stream App Won't Count Against Data Cap

Comcast says using the Xbox 360 Xfinity On Demand streaming app will not count against their bandwith cap.

The company clairied on a recent FAQ that the content is being delievered over a private IP network and not public Internet. The Xfinity TV app will be added in a future update for Xbox 360.

To use the app once it's live, Xbox 360 customers will have to have Xbox Live Gold, a subscription to the Xfinity internet service, and at least one cable box connected to the digital TV service.
