Red 5's Firefall Going Dark Next Week In SOPA Protest

If you're unable to access the Firefall beta next week, don't panic; it's just part of developer Red 5 Studios' protest in solidarity against the proposed Stop Online Piracy Act legislation.

The game's beta and its site will be down for 24 hours starting January 18, according to Shacknews. Red 5 Studios joins other virtual protests, including planned temporary shutdowns of Minecraft and Reddit.
