Angry Birds Makes A Delicious, Functional Cake

When I was six years old, the only thing I might have liked more than the possibility of eating cake would have been getting complete approval to demolish a cake. Little boys are kind of funny that way. Mike Cooper from UK tech site ElectricPig says he's made it a household tradition to create increasingly complicated cakes for his kids' birthday. His recent creation was particularly inspired: a completely functional (and edible) version of Angry Birds.

According to Cooper, it took about 10 hours to finish work on the cake and two hours to completely demolish it. My guess it that it would have gone much faster if his son hadn't insisted on three-starring it before moving on to ice cream.
