Mike Patton To Return In Darkness 2

In 2007 The Darkness hit consoles and surprised a lot of gamers. The dark, demonic video game was based on a comic book series of the same name, and featured unique gameplay mechanics that hinged on darkness and light. One of the biggest treats from the game was Mike Patton's phenomenal voiceover work as the titular, malevolent, and disembodied darkness, and it looks like he's reprising the role.

Horror game website Helldescent recently had a chat with Patton's co-created record label Ipecac Recordings. The awesomely-named studio confirmed that he'll be returning for sure.
