Super Mario All-Stars Coming To U.S. For A Limited Time

by Jeff Cork on Oct 28, 2010 at 02:44 AM

Earlier this month, Matt Helgeson asked a simple question about the Super Mario All-Stars: 25th anniversary edition: "WHEN THE HELL ARE WE GETTING THIS?" Today, Nintendo of America has answered that query.

Super Mario All-Stars Limited Edition will be hitting shelves in North America starting December 12, and will be sold until it's gone. In other words, you're going to want to act fast if you want this one. What's the big deal? In addition to packing in enhanced versions of Super Mario Bros. 1-3 and the Lost Levels (Super Mario Bros. 2 in Japan), the set includes a Super Mario History soundtrack CD and a 32-page booklet that chronicles the series' history.

Wii owners will have to plunk down $29.99 if they want to pick it up. Not too shabby. For more information on the anniversary, check out Nintendo's nifty site.
