Enjoy These New Quantum Theory Screens & Trailer
Tecmo's upcoming third-person shooter, Quantum Theory, is a deceptive-looking game. At first glance it looks like a shameless Gears of War clone, down to the guns, enemies, and art style. However, the longer you watch the video, the more it becomes apparent that Quantum Theory has an emphasis on platforming and turns up the gore-o-meter to the maximum level. Don't believe me? The game follows main characters Syd and Filena as they battle through a living tower in a post-apocalyptic world. Quantum Theory features cool combo co-operation with the AI-controlled Filena, allowing you to throw her into inaccessible areas. Eight-player online multiplayer also promises to keep things fresh long after you finish the single-player campaign. Also, you get a shotgun that immediately gibs your enemies into cloud of red mist.
