EA Brings Out The Zamboni and Cleans Up NHL Bugs
The NHL season has just started, and the folks over at NHL 10 developer EA Canada are already making tweaks to improve. According to Sean "Rammer" Ramjagsingh's producer blog over at Inside EA Sports, the team is working on a fixes update for an early November release date.
Among the fixes include:
- Increased speed for manual passing
- Fixing a five-hole slap shot goal exploit
- Trade logic tuning
- Reduction of players sucking into boardplay from far away
- Added ability to apply boost slots to authentic helmets
- Reduction of interference penalties in front of the net
- Improved logic for how fighting improves teamplay scores in Be a Pro mode
- Many more fixes and improvements across the game
