New Gameplay Today – Aztez

Team Colorblind released its stylish-action/strategy game Aztez on PC in August. According to previews editor (and resident gorehound) Matt Miller, it was unfairly overlooked. Fortunately, it's coming to console soon. In today's NGT, Miller walks Leo and I through the game, which marries brutal combo-based action, alternate history, and strategy-based conquest.

Take a look at the episode below to see black-and-white characters battling to the death – complete with geysers of blood (Yuck!) – as well as Miller's tactical know-how. Aztez is coming soon to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Meanwhile, it's out on PC if you like what you see.
