New Super Mario Bros. Wii is quickly approaching, so be prepared for classic Mario tunes to be stuck in your head for the rest of 2009. I recently took a look at the new challenges this game will offer, and now you can take an exclusive look at one of its later stages. In the video below, you'll see my quick run-through of the cloudy skies of World 7-5. It's a breeze compared to the gauntlets of platforming that come in World 8, but you'll get a look at some of the new features and enemies of Mario's return to form.
To check out the opportunities that await teamkillers, take a look at part two of our exclusive video coverage of New Super Mario Bros. Wii. For a look at how motion control factors into the game, check out part three.
looks great
I'm really close on getting this.
This game looks awesome. I miss my wii :(
Can't wait for this game.
Those clouds!
The game is starting to look real cool. I like how they are putting in the new items like the penguin suit and the propeller items. They look really inovative. This level does look a little on the easy side though.
I want it, I want it, I want it!
I am definitely going to get this! "Oh yeah, its Mario time."
ooo looks fun! Mario has yet to get boring for me :)
wish i could find my Super Mario 64 tho... that was an amazing game :D
I can see many great things from Nintendo in the future. And a worst case scenerio, they make appliances.
I might get a new Mario game and at Roxas Num.XIII's post I want a Nintoaster
How about a NINTONER. Tones your buns and thighs the same way Mario tones his: By Jumping.
looks cool but seems almost over complicated for mario
This really is a blast. I'm an old school style Mario fan and this is all about that.
I can't wait for this game!
Eh. Needs more Luigi.
fantastic. mario is back in side scroller action and it looks better than ever.
Yes!!! 2D Mario game = gaming nirvana 0:-D
@steelerzfan101 - Don't worry about the difficulty. I'll elaborate in the full review, but it's definitely no cakewalk.
