In a time when game studios are closing their doors more often than not, it’s nice to see the rare resurgence of a dead developer or publisher.
1. Once an iconic publisher of the ’90s, Acclaim was gone for nearly 20 years before getting Phoenix Down’d this year as an indie publisher (with pro wrestler Jeff Jarrett as an advisor for some reason). Best of all, the retro rainbow logo is intact.
