Wizards of the Coast Announces 10 Million Dollar Prize Pool For Magic: The Gathering
Announced at The Game Awards 2018, Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast are dedicating a 10 million dollar prize pool that will span both digital and physical Magic: The Gathering, including Magic: The Gathering Arena.
The Magic Pro League includes contracts worth $75,000 for players/streamers and will feature them in a variety of events. The first $1 million dollar tournament kicks off at PAX East in 2019.
