Reanimal

You would be forgiven for looking at screenshots and gameplay footage of Reanimal and assuming this is a new Little Nightmares game. Both games feature young children in scary situations, and the developer of Reanimal, Tarsier Studios, created Little Nightmares and developed the first two games in the series. Little Nightmares III, released in 2025, was developed by Supermassive Games (Until Dawn), which allowed Tarsier to go off and make something new. Or mostly new, anyway.

Reanimal follows a brother and sister who must escape a twisted version of their home while attempting to save three of their friends. This will involve sneaking around monsters, solving puzzles, and just generally being uncomfortable. A first for Tarsier, Reanimal offers online and local co-op. Single-player will also be a totally viable option, however.
