Silent Hill: Townfall Cast Impresses In New Trailer

We’re only a month out from another terrifying adventure, and the chance of both fog and scary creatures is very high.

Today’s Opening Night Live presentation gave us a new look at Silent Hill: Townfall. Konami’s long-running horror franchise continues to impress in the latest video, where we got a look at both some eerie new scenes from the game, as well as a good listen to the strong cast that will help to carry the project.

Horror games often lean heavily on voice acting to help carry the weight of the implied terror, and the new Silent Hill has some impressive talent helping to do just that. Emmy Award winner Terry O’Quinn, (Lost, The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live), Kezia Burrows (Observation), and Jovan Adepo (3 Body Problem, IT: Welcome to Derry, The Odyssey) are all in place to offer up their skills.

The new trailer also offers brief glimpses at some of the frightening creatures that players can expect to encounter, including an especially disquieting creature that towers up and out of the fog, with only its strange appendages dipping down into visibility, even as it casually drops human bodies from far above.

Silent Hill Townfall is on the way soon. Players can expect to take on the horror on September 24 on either PS5 or PC. You can read more about the game in our preview from earlier this summer.
