Ultra Street Fighter IV

Ultra Street Fighter IV is out today for owners of Super Street Fighter IV or Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition as a digital upgrade for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The $15 upgrade includes new characters Poison, Hugo, Elena, Rolento, and Decapre, along with six new stages and rebalanced gameplay.

With the addition of the six new characters, Ultra Street Fighter IV features 44 playable fighters. Rebalanced gameplay includes tweaks to characters and core mechanics, as well as new modes and options.

Retail versions of Ultra Street Fighter IV will release for PS3 and Xbox 360 on August 5th for $40. Both the $15 digital upgrade and $30 digital bundle will be available on Steam on August 8th. Players who purchase retail or bundle versions of Ultra Street Fighter IV will receive all previously released costumes.
