The Talos Principle
Share
Though developer Croteam has roots in first-person games with its Serious Sam series, it's attempting something a bit more understated with its upcoming puzzle game The Talos Principle. In case you missed the livestream Friday, publisher Devolver Digital has archived an hour and 18 minutes of one of its interns playing the game, which you can view below.
The host walks viewers through the first hour or so of The Talos Principle, a game he describes as a blend of Myst, Portal, and Antichamber, showing off the ambient setting and items at the player's disposal. Keep in mind this is a pre-Beta version and just a taste of the final product (particularly amusing is when the streamer discovers buttons the developers put into the latest build and he just presses them to see what might happen).
