The Good Life
Developer Swery has just announced that dogs are also coming to his Fig-based crowdfunded project The Good Life, meaning you can choose between turning into a cat or a dog at night while investigating the mysteries of Rainy Woods.
Not only does main character Naomi and the rest of the town turn into dogs at night in this newly announced version, but as a dog Naomi enjoys the ability to dig holes and follow scent trails. If you get the cats version she can climb up to high places and get into tight spaces.
The versions also differ in that they include some of their own items and possible unique story beats. However, the two are compatible with each other via online multiplayer.
As of the time of this writing, the game is 18 percent toward its goal of raising $1,500,000, with 14 days left.
