The Escapists 2

Team17, the developers behind the Worms franchise, Overcooked, and Yooka-Laylee have announced the release date for their retro-style prison-escape game. The Escapists 2 will launch August 22 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, with a Switch version to follow.

The sequel to the indie hit, The Escapists 2 features new prisons, a new combat system, and new escape methods. This entry also includes drop-in/drop out co-op for up to four players locally or online.

Players who pre-order will receive a bonus prison to escape: The Glorious Regime. For more information, check out the pre-order trailer below.
