Super Mario Maker

Thanks to the newly renamed Super Mario Maker, Nintendo fans finally have the ability craft their own levels for everyone's favorite plumber to hop through. A new trailer and screens show just how creative and insane levels can get. 

As the new screens and trailer demonstrate, running into waves of flame or a fire-breathing Bowser in the middle of a level is a common occurrence. I'm sure Super Mario Maker will introduce Super Meat Boy-levels of difficulty to the timeless platforming series, which should be interesting to see. Here's the trailer:

Unfortunately, players won't be able to upload video playthroughs of their crazy levels straight to YouTube. You can check out Nintendo's reasoning for the decision here. Super Mario Maker releases on the Wii U on September 11.
