White Knuckle, Whitewashed Racing In NFS: The Run Trailer
The new Need for Speed: The Run trailer fresh out of EA’s Gamescom 2011 press conference doesn’t offer up much new info about the game, but it does reveal one harrowing element which will be in the title – snow. The trailer and screens below show flashy sports cars as they approach blazing speeds through blinding powder.
The race is set along Independence Pass in Colorado, a course which is rocked by an avalanche in this video. Trees fall, blizzards obscure the road, and boulders make for rocky roads. Prepare for plenty of tricky drifts along perilous mountain roads and dramatic close-ups.
