Jane Jensen's New Adventure Game Finds Publisher, Gets Release Date

The latest point-and-click adventure game from Gabriel Knight creator Jane Jensen is just around the corner.

Today Phoenix Online Studios announced an agreement to publish Jensen's Moebius: Empire Rising, which originally began with a Kickstarter campaign in 2012. The game is coming to PC and Mac on April 15, with Linux, iOS, Android versions to follow later this year.

Moebius, Jensen's first game since 2010's Gray Matter, is a metaphysical thriller that tells the story of Malachi Rector, a genius IQ antiques dealer who travels the globe searching for rare artifacts. When a secret government organization hires him to determine whether or not a recently murdered woman resembles any historical figures, a tale of mystery unravels that leads Rector to Venice, Cairo, Paris, Zurich, and Washington D.C.
