Moebius: Empire Rising
Pinkerton Road has released a trailer for Moebius, the studio's new adventure game that was funded through Kickstarter, teasing an international murder mystery. The game is overseen by Jane Jensen, the creator of the popular Gabriel Knight series and Cognition.
The trailer shows Malachi Rector, an expert at discerning between real and fake artifacts, being called on to investigate the death of a woman in Venice. As he digs deeper, however, Rector learns that this case is much more complicated and that his own life might be in danger.
A digital comic has also been released, allowing players to explore Rector's childhood and his ability to appraise artifacts.
