FIFA 12 is trying to imbue more style and personality into its franchise, and evolving players' personalities is part of that. Take a look at this video detailing how it's being done.

Santiago Jaramillo, gameplay producer on the title, talks about how moment-to-moment decision making by individual players can change what happens in the course of the game and how an entire team plays. The example he shows is a good one, but I'm curious how well players off the ball are going to move and respond as well.
