El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron

El-Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron is full of biblical themes and terminology, but these new shots continue to illustrate that the developers don't have a traditional view of the spiritual world.

The game, dealing with a divine quest undertaken by a man named Enoch, already came out in Japan last month. However, publisher Ignition is planning to bring this third-person action title to North America later this year. Our early impressions of the El-Shaddai from E3 last year were pretty positive, so this is definitely a title to keep your eye on.
