Call of Duty: Black Ops III

Long before its pivot towards modern warfare and futuristic technology, Call of Duty won critical acclaim in the trenches of World War II. Now the series’ latest upcoming title, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, will travel back to the 1940s again for its zombie mode, though the outbreak will unfold far away from the frontlines.

Treyarch released a prologue video today for Shadows of Evil, the latest incarnation of Call of Duty's popular co-op survival zombie mode. The game takes place in a film noir-inspired world complete with crooked detectives and shady murders, and tasks players with finding redemption for its four playable characters by unraveling the mystery behind a shadowy figure.
