DICE Reveals "The Last Jedi Season" DLC For Battlefront II

EA and DICE have revealed The Last Jedi downloadable content for Battlefront II for both the single and multiplayer content.

The new DLC, called "The Last Jedi season" is part of DICE's focus on making sure Battlefront II includes content from all Star Wars movies, starting with the most relevant and recent The Last Jedi. Most of the content will be for the multiplayer side starting on December 5 with a faction choice. Players can choose to be either First Order or New Republic and complete faction quests for their team.

On December 13, just ahead of The Last Jedi's release, new heroes and content will be released. Both Finn and Captain Phasma will be available as playable heroes in the multiplayer mode, as well as new maps Crait and D'Qar. There will also be a new mission for the single player campaign, still staying as protagonist Iden Versio during the creation of the First Order. The mission is called Resurrection and it will be available the same day as the multiplayer content.

EA has stated that all DLC for Battlefront II will be free, including The Last Jedi single player content. The game will be released on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 17.
