See What Mario Kart 8's Worlds Look Like Outside The Track
As a racing game, it makes sense that Mario Kart 8 plants you firmly within its tracks most of the time. But what if there's a larger world out there to explore?
Youtube channel Shesez has broken the limits of Mario Kart 8 (by which we mean he's found a way to move the game's camera around), offering us a glimpse of what tracks like Mute City, Ribbon Road, and Toad's Turnpike look when you're not behind the seat of a kart. There's a lot of work put into making sure players feel they're in a place, and some of the areas surround tracks are surprisingly large.
