StarCraft: Brood War Patch Version 1.18 Makes The Game Completely Free

Blizzard updated StarCraft: Brood War today, and as part of that update, the game is now free.

You can head to Blizzard's website to see some of the details of the patch, and also to download the game for your platform of choice. I am currently installing the game on my Mac as I write up this post.
