[Update] Nintendo Network Services Reported Back Online

Update: Nintendo is now reporting that all services are now online. This applies to both Wii U and 3DS.

Nintendo is reporting that all of its network services, including the eShop, are currently offline. According to Nintendo’s status website, services were first identified as having problems at 6:05 a.m. Pacific / 9:05 a.m. Eastern today, December 22.

The service outage appears to be impacting 3DS and Wii U. We’ve reached out to Nintendo for further details. We’ll update should we receive a response or information changes on Nintendo’s status page.
