Some New Tools Are Coming To The Rockstar Editor

The Rockstar Editor is coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in September. When it launches, the PC version will also be getting an upgrade.

Filmmakers on all three platforms will be getting a new suite of tools to create their masterpieces. These include ambient audio and sound effects, Snapmatic integration, additional fonts, and updates for director mode that let you freeze the time of day and spawn vehicles.

Rockstar is also preparing some updates to GTA Online’s freemode. Details on that will be coming later.
