Gears Of War Ultimate Edition Priced, Includes Early Gears Of War 4 Beta Access

Rod Fergusson, studio head at The Coalition, took to Twitter to give a few new details about the upcoming Gears of War Ultimate Edition. The game, which was officially unveiled at yesterday's Microsoft press conference, is bringing a host of improvements.

According to Fergusson's tweets, Gears of War Ultimate Edition will include early access to the Gears of War 4 beta test this spring. In addition, Gears of War Ultimate Edition will feature improved splitscreen co-op and competitive multiplayer.

Gears of War Ultimate Edition will retail for $39.99 when it launches on Xbox One on August 25.
