Rodea The Sky Soldier Delayed For Both Wii U And 3DS, But Launch Edition Might Ease The Pain
One of the Wii U's few third-party exclusives received a slight delay today. NIS Rodea the Sky Soldier has been bumped from its previous September launch date.
The title will now be arriving on both Wii U and 3DS on October 13. To ease the pain, NIS has announced that each of the first-run versions will come with something extra.
The launch edition for the 3DS version of the game will come with a soundtrack. Early Wii U buyers will also get the unreleased original Wii version of the game. For more, check out our recent preview.
Our Take
This is only a slight delay, which keeps the third-party title firmly in the Wii U's holiday lineup. The launch edition on the 3DS is a bit more appealing, but I always love seeing publishers add value for those that buy in early.
