Konami SNES Shoot-em-up Axelay Now Available On Wii U Virtual Console
Released in 1992, Axelay never quite achieve the same status as Konami's other scrolling shooter Gradius.
It didn't venture too far from the standard scrolling shooter, but did perform some interesting graphical tricks early in the Super Nintendo's lifespan.
The game is available now on the Wii U Virtual Console for $7.99.
