Twitch Announces TwitchCon

Streaming service Twitch announced TwitchCon on an official site stream today. This Twitch-centric convention is scheduled for September 25-26 in San Francisco, CA. TwitchCon will be dedicated to Twitch's community of streamers, partners, broadcasters, and viewers.

There are not a whole lot of details available at this time other than the date, location,  and the assumption there will be various events at the show. We'll undoubtedly be getting more details in the near future.

“Twitch broadcasters have the most passionate fans, so we want to create an amazing experience where they can come together in person,” says Emmett Shear, CEO, Twitch.
