Destiny Players Get A Surprise Legendary Item This Week

Bungie has announced that Destiny players will be receiving a special item this week. The company announced that packages will be arriving at the Postmaster in the Tower in the coming days.

“A small, but Legendary token of gratitude is being prepped for delivery later this week,” the developer says. “We'll let you know when to check the Postmaster.”

There’s not word on whether this will be a weapon, gear piece, or something cosmetic. In the past, Bungie has delivered player emblems and, for expansion pass holders, a special Sparrow mount.

Those that purchased the Ghost edition (and the Limited and Guardian editions, too, we've been reminded) received a ghost shell that changes the floating drone from silver to a deep red. We’ll let you know when your gift gets dropped off.
