Halo: The Master Chief Collection Gets Another Big Patch
343 Industries continues to conduct repairs on Halo: The Master Chief Collection. A new patch seeks to address a number of problems with matchmaking and stability.
Included in the new update are fixes to team balancing and searching with a party. The patch notes reveal some of the causes of matchmaking problems, including players being unjoinable after match-made games and at times after simply searching for a match.
Microsoft says that the 523 MB update isn’t the last, as additional patches will target other issues identified by the community. For more on the troubled launch of The Master Chief Collection, check out a recent statement from 343’s Bonnie Ross.
