Reader Discussion: What's The Scariest Game You've Played?

Everyone has different fears, which means different players have a different definition of the scariest game they've ever played. What's yours?

We actually detailed some of our own last year in a feature about the scariest moment we've ever encountered. For me, Silent Hill 2 is still probably the scariest game I've ever played. I definitely respond to psychological horror more than jump scares and monsters – even though Silent Hill does have its fair share of those.
