by Kyle Hilliard on Jun 22, 2014 at 06:35 AM

At Capcom's E3 2014 booth, fans had the opportunity to take a photo with a gigantic, life-size, Gore Magala from Monster Hunter statue. A new video details the design and creation process of the impressive statue.

Capcom commissioned effects artist Frank Ippolito to build the statue. In the video, Ippolito breaks down the process step by step, detailing the materials he and his team used to build the creature. The statue was built to promote Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, which is coming to 3DS early next year.
