Street Fighter's Guile Takes On His Greatest Opponent: Beethoven

We joke about Guile’s theme going with everything, and I’m starting to wonder if it might actually be true. Musician Walt Ribiero has taken the familiar Street Fighter anthem and crossed it with Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony and… it’s pretty darn good.

Ribiero’s other work includes orchestral versions of Mega Man 2’s Dr. Wily’s Castle music and Jonathan Coulton’s Still Alive from Portal. He has also re-worked popular music, including the otherwise grating Friday by Rebecca Black and Psy’s Gangnam Style.
