Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze Pushed To 2014

During this morning's Direct presentation, Nintendo's president Satoru Iwata announced the unfortunate delay of Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze.

Citing the need for a little bit more time to make the game better, Iwata said the game will be available in February 2014 exclusively on Wii U.

Our Take
As excited as I am to play a new Donkey Kong Country game, I am not too heartbroken by its delay. There are a lot of good games still to come this year, and I feared Tropical Freeze was in danger of getting lost in the shuffle. I think by February, I will have more time to devote to the game.
