Wii Party U Will Not Be Coming This Summer

Nintendo discussed Wii Party U at Nintendo Direct today. It takes the familiar form of a board game, but offers 80 brand new mini-games, many of which only use the Wii U gamepad.

Although Wii Party U was originally slated to release this summer, it has been pushed back to allow Nintendo more time to work on it. Nintendo president Satoru Iwata humbly apologized to fans in the live stream.
